简介:

本项目是矿山机械零部件再制造项目,年处理能力为6000吨。本项目建设内容为新增5条全自动电刷镀流水线及相应的辅助生产设施、仓库、厂区道路、水电工程、办公及生活设施等。同时新建建筑物占地2.1万平方米,包括原料库、清洗车间、零部件修复(再制造)车间、成品库及附属办公用房。项目总用地60亩(约合40000m2),各建构筑物占地面积合计18600m2,各建筑物建筑面积合计21000m2。本项目总投资为6455万元,其中建设投资为6231万元,铺底流动资金为224万元。该项目建成产后,每年可向市场提供矿山机械零部件6000吨,为国家大型矿山机械的生产和建设节约型、环保型社会做出一定的贡献,符合国家产业政策。同时既能为国家和地方增加财政收入,又可解决当地城镇青年、下岗职工和农村富裕劳动力就业问题,具有较好的国民经济效益和社会效益,有一定的抗风险能力。
